Since 2009 I have been predominantly an encaustic artist, stretching the boundaries of what could be done with encaustic wax, developing techniques, educating others in workshops; and in my blogging relating everything back to my waxy world of art. Of course, being a doll artist and figurative sculptor, I loved to cast my forms in wax and developed a whole little side show of characters who romped and played. 

Now I find myself, moving straight into the heart of sculpting with my new creations, in Re-Awakening the Santos Cage Doll.
